Pop-Up Baloons

I know this has been covered before but I can't locate it. But--how do I get
rid of those annoying pop-up info baloons that will appear at the bottom of
the screen.
Thx for any help.

What Pop-up balloons? What do they state? Are they Update notifications?

Go to MVP Kellys website at the following link. Go to Line 11, left side, "Enable/Disable Balloon Tips or Disable All"
Click the Disable All link to download the registry file. Double click the downloaded file and confirm the registry merge.
