Poor quality jpeg images IE 6

When I try and view jpeg images on the internet they are
poor quality - fuzzy like you would see when Windows is in
SAFE Mode, poor background images - fuzzy.
It seems this started when I downloaded High Speed Dialup
software which I have since deleted. I did a restore of
the registry and also a chkdsk /R from the XP disk.
Help!!!

Might check into an updated graphics driver. Go to the manufacturer's web site and
look around for a newer driver.
