Policy to prevent renaming My Computer icon

I am looking for a way to prevent users from renaming the My Computer
and My Network Places icons. The domain is a Windows 2000 Active
Directory domain and the clients are all Windows XP Pro and Windows
2000 Pro. Is there a setting for this in an existing administrative
template file that I am missing? Or will I have to create one? Any
help or direction in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
in advance.

You will be able to create one if you find out where these names are stored
in the registry. However, if they are not under Policies section, they will
not be enforced - which means, after they will be applied once, changing the
names, and then user renames my computer again, the name will not be
reverted to the setting specified in the policy - because this is how
"preference" settings are designed to work with GP.
You will be able to somewhat enforce is, though, by adding logon script
which will import a reg file containing correct values.
