Policy to disable file and printer sharing

I just can't figure out how to do this simple task,
How do you have a group policy on 2003 AD to disable (uncheck) file and
printer sharing for microsoft networks, with XP and 2000 clients

Thanks,

One way would be to use Group policy/computer configuration to disable the Server
service. It would not "uncheck" fps, but it will not work with the server service
disabled. Otherwise you will need to look into a startup script option. --- Steve
