policies stuck in default user!

Here's my situation. I was creating an idea user profile
and also playing around with GPO's.

I copied the user's profile to default users when the GPO
was applied. Thus, I have a ton of registry entries now
in the default user hive, that keep coming across, and
won't go away. I cannot get rid of them!

I could I guess, create a GPO that enabled all the
disabled functions, log in as a fresh user, then re-copy,
but that would take a long time as the policy is very
detailed.

Is there any way I can create a quick GPO w/ a No Override
that is basically - not "unconfigured" but "wide open" -
so I can clear this?

Does this make sense??? Thanks! :)

I guess what is basically happening, is the registry
entries are there, but the local machine does not see it
as a policy. I go into Local Comp Policy, and everything
is Unconfigured. Perhaps I'll hvae to do a registry
shaving session and hunt for all the entries I can. Ugh.
