Polar Graphs

Does anyone know how to create a polar graph in excel?
It's a bit like a radar plot but the radial axis lines
should be for fixed angles (0 to 360 degrees)

I've had a look all over the place but can't seem to find
any thing on them.

y=rSIN(theta)
theta in radians.

Stephen Bullen has an example of this type of Polar Chart on his web
site (http://bmsltd.co.uk).

You could still get away with using a Radar Chart if you use an X values
range like this:
