Poiwer comes on and off on it's own.

I turn my computer off. I go in the other room I hear boot up sounds.
I come back into the room and the computer is on again.

Is this some kind of set up in WinXP I can adjust?

Or do I call Ghostbusters?

go into the BIOS and turn off the wake up on lan WOL and/or wake
up on ring (modem) options
