Pocket PC - Outlook error

I have wireless setup on my pocket pc. I can access any website, but there
seems to be problem with the Outlook.
It says " The incoming mail server can not send or receive messages at this
time. Try again later"
I verified with the desktop settings, they all look the same. No problems
accessing email from the desktop.
 
Check with your wireless provider. Often this can be because they don't have
some protocols setup for you. Web and IMAP or POP3 use different protocols
and many wireless providers separate the two.
