pocket pc emulator problems

Hi,
Im having some problems with pocket pc 2003 emulator in visual studio .net
2003. When I deploy an aplication to the emulator my program doesnt pop up
in the emulator, the information in visual studio status bar is "finishing
application" and then "ready", and I noticed that VS doesnt jump into debug
mode (those extra output info windows dont pop up). I tried reinstalling
vs7.net and it worked but as soon as I restarted my computer and tried again
it failed again.

Its the same with 2002 emulator, I think there is something wrong in my
Visual Studio?
It works if I deploy my programm directly to my pocket pc device.

I just red the "strange problem" post, maybe this is the same problem.
