PnP driver not found

I'm trying to install my Lexmark x1270 all-in-one printer with the disk provided but only get the
following message when trying to use the all-in-one program:

Have you checked the Lexmark website to see if a new driver is available? It
maybe that the driver on the disk supplied with your printer is not Vista
compatible.
