PPT 2007

When you save anything off as an image the default setting is in PNG format.
You can select the drop down menu and select JPG or GIF formats

My question is HOW do I get PPT to save the default setting as JPEG/JPG?????

Hi,

My experience here is that it wills default to save as what ever format the
actual image is in. An inserted jpg will default to save as jpg when I try
to save it.

In addition, png is not all that bad, as it is 24 bit, lossless compression
and supports a transparency layer. It is also what PowerPoint understands so
it does less work to throw it on the screen when you are presenting.
