png images look jagged

portenna

I need to insert a logo in my presentation. Since I need to put it o
top of a colored background, I saved it as png to preserv
transparency.
My problem is that it looks jagged.
How do I make it look smooth

Without seeing the logo, it is hard to tell. As a suggestion, you might want to
make the background colour in you logo the same (or close) colour as the
background on your slide then make that colour your transparent colour. That way
any artefacts (jaggies) would not be as noticeable.
