Pls help. Need help with formula and conditional formating

I would appreciate if someone could assist me. I've attach an excel fil

What are you trying to so. The comments seemed entirely at odds with the CF
formulae already in place.

Thanks Bob. What I am trying to achieve is: if the word "fulfil" appear
in AV column then column B will be shaded yellow. If "fulfil" appear
in AV and at the same time "Blue" appears in AW, then shares column
yellow, bold the words and colour it in blue in that row. Thank

try the following formulas in the conditional format dialog (select
column B prior to this):
=AND(AV="fulfil",AW<>"Blue")
choose your first format and enter the second condition
=AND(AV="fulfil",AW="Blue")
choose your second format
