pls help my computer always jammed

i'm always having this problem. the screen saver giving problem too
can u do something. often i hv to shut off the plug to get out, why
i cannot touch anything. i can only serve internet tat oso canno
leave the mouse or it will get jam. pls help

Back up your data, then re-install Windows XP onto a
newly formatted disk. When finished, install a good virus
scanner and firewall.
