I want to plot a graph for 1-30 in X axis and the Values in Y axis in
Excell the below data. How to do that ?

Assuming the values are in columns, select the range (or ranges if
disjoint) and click the Chart Wizard. Select either a Line chart or a
XY Scatter chart. There are differences between the two types but they
will not be evident with your data set.
