Plot number of clients living in different Zip Codes on a Map

I'm looking for an add-on (or dedicated program) that can show the
number of persons who reside in a given zip code on a map. We have Excel
worksheets showing 500 clients living in about 15 zip codes in San
Francisco, and would like a way to tabulate the number of clients in
each zip codes and plot that number on a city map. Can anyone suggest an
add-on or product that can do this? Thanks.

Microsoft used to have an add-on that could do this but now they sell
it as a separate program (MapPoint).

There is also Pitney Bowes MapInfo, which I have used a little. Both,
of course, are available for a fee.

I've used MapInfo for tabulating data for entire states, which are
generally made up of hundreds of zip codes.I'm not sure if it would be
worth the price for you, since you're only dealing with 15 zip codes.
It may be more economical to do it manually. Good Luck.

Thanks. MS MapPoint has an interactive preview which I briefly checked
out. I'm envisioning some sort of small bullets or push-pin markers to
denote the geographic locations of 500+ individuals within less than 15
zip code locations in San Francisco. I think the key will be whether
MapPoint (or other program; I'm checking the link mentioned in the
other reply to an online script that does something of the sort) can
create something that will be visual attractive for a hard copy map.
