Plextor PX-850SA-SW vs PX-850SA

Hi, I would like to know what's the difference between these 2 plextor
DVD-R drives:
PX-850SA-SW and PX-850SA

Is it the retail/OEM versions or is something else. I saw that some
picture that the PX-806SA is shinny and the PX-806SA-SW is not (but
maybe the pictures do not represent the actual drives). Is it the case
for the PX-850SA/SW?
