Not possible if you don't have a backup or can't find it in the recycle bin

Sorry, can't do the chinese....
But a thought:
Has this deleted document ever traveled to or from you through e-mail prior
to deleting it?
Then you should have a copy in your "sent" folder or other e-mail folders.
