Please ID my 9700!

Li'l ol' me

I have a working 9700, but I can't work out if it's a plain 9700 or a 9700
Pro.

Are there any ID utils? I've tried AIDA and Sandra, but can't see what I'm
looking for (or don't recognise it!).

The part number is 109-94200-11 which shows up on very obscure sites (found
through google) as a Pro. But I need convincing!

I've just tried it on the UT2003 demo benchmark and got 189/64 at 1024x768
(on an abit nf7-s with xp2100 running at 203x9 or thereabouts). My old 8500
gets 144/60 and a ti4200 I tried about that much too. The 9700 really shows
itself at higher resolutions, but look slightly jerky at 1600 in the outdoor
botmatch. Does this all sound about right for a PRO? I'm obviously not
overclocking or tweaking, just using Cat 3.5s straight out the box.

I'm just off to try 3dmark 03 in DX9 glory (I've never seen the spaceship
and fantasy sections at more than 4fps before, so this could be
interesting!).

3dmark 03 scores 4297. It also tells me card speed is 277/270. I get the
feeling this isn't a Pro after all! Damn!

The only difference between the Pro and non-Pro is the clock speed... You
can always try overclocking your non-Pro to Pro speeds and above. My 9700
(Sapphire) non-Pro runs at 378 MHz core and 330 MHz memory.

Well I can't get stable beyond 310/310, but I haven't tried asynchrous yet
But even at this speed I keep getting terminal errors that are attributed to
Powerstrip (must find something better). And my benchmarks are no different
to 275/275 (or whatever default was)!

Anyone know what a 9700 non-pro is worth (preferably in UKP)? I can only
find 9700 Pros on sale.
