please help!!!!

im not very good with computers but i accidently dropped mine and the
wireless card broke. i tried another wireless card in my computer and
whenever i put the card in the card lights up but the computer just freezes
and nothing works.
please be specific as i am do not know alot about this kind of thing.

You might be more descriptive as to what type of computer you have. Was it
a laptop? Was the new card the same type? Does everything else work ok? Did
this fall from feet or inches and did it just seem to break off the card or
totally hit a solid hardwood floor and you thought it was cracked like an
egg? Did you try a replacement card of the same kind? Is the card plugged
into a slot of USB connected? You have options here but it must be clear
what you are dealing with. Please post with computer make and model.
