I ran Regseeker on my computer, clean the registry, it
came back with 1349 items. they are as listed- extensions
not used, file or path does not exist, unused open with
entry, obsolete start menu item, file type not used, and
obsolete file entry. My question is can I delete them all
or which ones do I need to keep? I'm a newbie so be
gentle with me for all the stupid questions I wll ask.
Thank you.

Hi

You have to be very careful with these so called Registry 'cleaners' - they
can cause more harm than good and make your PC unbootable. I would suggest
that you do nothing about deleting them and let XP manage the Registry by
itself.

Hi

The XP Firewall monitors incoming access from the Internet, but does not
monitor outgoing access to the Internet. May I suggest that you install a
3rd party 2-way Firewall, such as ZoneAlarm:

http://download.zonelabs.com/bin/free/information/zap/releaseHistory.html

Download the 4.5 version - there is a problem with the newest one ATM.

I don't know Web Washer, so I can't compare it with any Firewall.
