Re Template File part of the SendObject function.

Further to other postings I can not find any info can anyone help even if
"No cant be done"?

Can any one advise on this part of the function. I would assume it to
specify an Email template file which could contain most of the body of the
message, but anything entered seems to have no effect.

I am using 2000 SP3, the line of code which works OK appart form this is
DoCmd.SendObject , , acSendNoObject, ToAction, , , Workshop, CurrentLearner,
True, "C:\dear.htm"

Any thoughts appreciated

I can't find much information on it, but the little I can find suggests
that the template file is only used when you are sending an actual
object, and are sending it in one of the HTML-based formats. Then (if I
understand what I'm reading) the template file is used to format the
HTML representation of the object, *not* your message body. I haven't
yet found any information about exactly what that template file would
contain, though.
