Please help with simple INDIRECT

In cell B4, I have either an H, M, or L. Based on which one of those the
IF returns, I want the value from B31, B32, or B33. Can anyone please
help me!!


=IF(B4="H",INDIRECT($B$31,TRUE),IF(B4="M",INDIRECT(B$32,TRUE),IF(B4="L",INDIRECT(B$33,TRUE),"N/A")))


All my formula returns is zeros!
