Please help with Excel function

I am entering a number in a cell for example

A B C D E F G H I
1 1 13
2 2 22
3 3 25
4
5


I want to be able to type a value of 2 in cell C1 and it return the value of
22.
In otherwords, I want it to look at the list in F column for 2 and return
the result
of 22. If I would have typed in 3, then the result should be 25.

I am struggling trying to figure out this formula/function.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
