please help to open a secured access database?

hello all,

I copied my secured access .mdb and .mwd files to another computer. I
created a shortcut for this .mdb. I found that I could not open it with my
..mwd security file.

What could be a problem? Is it possible the access version for the two
computers are different or something else causes this problem?

Is your shortcut specifying the mdw file to use?

yes, I specified the .mwd file.

How? What's the exact text of your shortcut?

The reason I'm asking is because it's necessary to include msaccess.exe in
the shortcut in order for other command line parameters to be recognized.
