Please help this error: Error MrxSmb

I have this error and it cause halt of whole system:

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer
HOME-D499E9391C that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on
transport NetBT_Tcpip_{1E873C14-057. The master browser is stopping or an
election is being forced.
