Please help!!! sign the clickonce manifests certificate expired

I had been writing an VB.NET app with clickonce for deployment.
But after 1 year when I publish again, the test certificate expired, I have
to create another test certificate for publishing the clickonce again.

User have to install the newly published clickonce program again, how can I
avoid it?
