I did remove norton because it did not detect anything and didn't seem to be doing much besides slowing my computer down.
Yep - Norton is poor - but you MUST have an AV program on your system - use AntiVir (free) or pay for Kaspersky.

Reformat m8, thats the best solution in my opinion. And make sure you never click on those security pop ups from webstite, and avoid downloading excessive porn from various porn sites, hence most people catch those spywares/worms/viruses from such sites, avoid poker site too.

Secondly avoid downloading free programs from the net , trust me nothing aint free.

Here is a little story for my fellow readers:

My ex-girlfriend use to come around my place and sometime she used to study there, and i told her several times if she used my pc to browse the net she should never click yes or accept any pop up that popped on the IE explorer.

--->Well if i knew....One day while she finished browsing , she comes and tell me the pc is acting weird, im like WTF!0_@ what da f...k have u done!!! I rushed to my beloved pc , and find out she just delivered the killing blow to it, in summary: my registry was infected with several malwares, browser hijacked, antivius disabled, and any attempt to use my anti spyware was blocked or pc froze, even in safe mode it was impossible to do a thing , everytime i launched I.E i had that pop up telling me there was a software that will remove spyware and fix my registry for 29.99$

How was like well done, YOU F....ING DONE IT NOW!!
Conclusion: i lost all my data containing various files such as project, clients database, rare movies and music.

Shortly after this event we broke up, Good ridance!
