Please Help Outlook error message Can't create file:

Outlook Proffesional 2003
Error message:
Can't create file: GBXxA002.doc. Right-click the folder you want to create
the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder.

I'm triying to open an attachement Please Help
