Please can you help I keep getting the message..... The add-in "c:\program files\panda software\panda antivirus platinum\pav..." could not be installed or loaded this program may be resolved by using detect + repair on the help menu, unable to load "c\program files\panda software\panda ant..." you may be out of memory or missing a file....this only occurs when I try to access outlook I have removed program via control panel, and have also tried to see if it can be unticked via start-run-msconfig the going to start up tabs

I already have Norton installed and just wish to remove panda completley PLEASE help

sounds like OL is trying to load this as an add-in. if you're using
OL2000 go to:

TOOLS:OPTIONS:OTHER:ADVANCED OPTIONS:ADDIN MANAGER and/or COM ADD-INS

and see if your program is listed. if it is then uncheck.

have you uninstalled panda via add/remove software in the control
panel?
