please help me

i completly screwed things up setting up my dads win mail. i need to know how
to delete all the crap i put in and start new. my interent provider is
zoomtown through cincinnatibell. i would appreciate any help that anyone can
give me. thank u

Go to Tools, Accounts, select whatever mail account you created,
then click 'Remove'.

Then set up a new account using the mail server names given here:
http://www.cincinnatibell.com/customer_support/product_support/internet/zoomtown/email/
