Please help me

When i have my computer on and i am doing something on it all of a sudden it
will just go to a black screen. the only way i can fix it is by shutting it
down. i do that by pressing the on button. ctrl-alt-del dosent work. neither
does anything else. can anyone help me on this problem.

help you. The problem could be caused by hardware, software, or a

Hi,

Try reinstalling/updating the video adapter. It may, however, be failing and
in need of replacement.

You may have problems with your video drivers, or it may be overheating.
Generally, Vista will tell you if it has recovered from video driver
problems. Overheating is a different issue. Check the CPU, case and video
card cooling devices for proper operation.
