please help me

this is very hurry, i cant use the computer, because the
window doesnt work. please do help. after i logged in, it
says (window explorere has encountered a problem and need
to close) and when i use ctrl+alt+del it says (window
taskmanager has encountered a problem and need to close)
please tell me what to do, thanks

Hi Tony,

Do you have an antivirus program on CD or have you used your program to
create an emergency boot disk set? Now would be the time to use it, as it
sounds like you are quite possibly infected (can't tell you which one, as
those symptoms could be caused by several bugs). If you use a floppy set,
make sure they are write-protected.

Otherwise, try accessing the system in Safe mode by hitting F8 at startup,
see if this allows you to get in.
