Please help me with this error messages

hi to all!

i have something to refer regarding the error message coming from Advance
2000 server. the following are the message :

*** STOP: 0X00000077 (0XC000009D,OXC000009D,OX00000000,0X00566000)

kernel_stack_inpage_error


Begginning dump of physical memory.....

Check to make sure any new....
..
..
..
Refer to your getting started manual for more information on
troubleshooting stop errors.

The above error will suddenly occur during normal operation. It almost
happen everyday. I already check all hardware problems and any software
that i installed. I already even change the memory(RAM). but still the
problem persist. I hate to happen this because it destruct all the operation
since this is our main server. I hope that someone can help me what to do
regarding the problem.
