Please help Hostname and Workgroup

HELP ME

How do i set the device name or hostname or computername
inside target designer and how can i join a workgroup.

For "Standard PC" or "ACPI PC" component check "Computer Name" and
"Workgroup membership" fields under System Identification settings.
