Hi, Please see the Excel file by clicking on or by typing in internet
address bar the link below. I need a Macro or Formula to calculate
specific balance. Every thing been explained on the Excel sheet.

Bob's formula is correct to get you started in cell F3. In order to keep a
running balance in column F, put this formula in F4 and copy it down to F11
(or wherever):

=IF(A4<>"",F3,F3-IF(E4=0,C4,E4))
