Please can someone tell tell me how to correct this one.

=IF(G11 =-1#AND#G10^ =-1,"SELL",IF(G11 = 1#ANDG10^ =1,"BUY"," "))

=IF(AND(G11 =-1,G10 =-1),"SELL",IF(AND(G11 = 1,G10 =1),"BUY",""))
