Hi ALL,,

I am having some issues with my Main application server. It's an IBM
Xseries running windows 2000 server, SP4 and Fully patched. The machine
runs AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Backup Exec and our ERP system.

We are having some issues with this box, once a week, in our
"Application" event viewer we receive two "Warnings". If the warnings
were just warnings we wouldn't worry to much about it, but... These
specific warnings completely bog down the box. It takes close to 20
minutes from the time you hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to full logon, and then
you have to re-boot the machine (after re-boot the machine returns to
normal). Further, it kills everyone on the network. All the
workstations take 15 - 20 minutes to logon, and long waits to access
network resources (Like Our ERP System).... We have tried to rebuild
com+ (with windows add remove programs) and as mentioned before we have
fully patched the machine. We have another Xseries machine (Identical,
with Win2k Server), but it only runs SQL2000. This machine seems
unaffected.

Here are the errors. Any Ideas?

Thanks

thanks Bob, I've re-posted it. See the message here...

BTW, Event ID did not help at all for this issue... I will check back

Google for 8007000E - it generally appears to mean out of memory.

thanks Andrew,

We have run custom counter logs and have found no memory leaks or
peaks. It's most definately not a memory issue

Further, this seems to be happening at non peak hours...
