Here's the error I've been getting when trying to manually register or
unregister the file with REGSVR32....

That file is causing a crash in a program and is somehow corrupt - but
it's not just that file that's corrupt, because I've booted to safe
mode and replaced the file with a new clean version, but I still get
the same error. So perhaps there's another file that that DLL Calls
or accesses or something?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0. I've asked
around in lots of forums. Nobody seems to have any clue.

In fact, when I first got the error, I figured (like all other errors)
that many people must have had similar problems so I searched and
found only ONE reference to this error on the internet, and that was
on a Swedish web site which, even when translated, didn't make any
sense to me.

I hope someone can help me because I'm going crazy here!

Thanks so much.
