please help!!!!!error 404

hi this page i really need to get to does not load it
says "The page cannot be displayed" the site itself works
fine but when i try and checkout with the items i want to
purchase this error message comes up....i have tried 3
days in a row so i know its not them...when i press the
refresh button this comes up----- A recursive error was
detected.
The server cannot use specified error page. Please check
the application error-path.
