The device, \Device\CdRom0, has a bad block.

i get this following error and this one

AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to read from an illegal IO
port address (0xcfc), which lies in the 0xcf8 - 0xcff
protected address range. This could lead to system
instability. Please contact your system vendor for
technical assistance.


would any please be able to tell me what they mean?

Sounds like a CD-ROM that's got scratched - probably some or all of it's
data is lost for good!
