PLEASE HELP closed personal folder, can't open it back up

I can't find the personal folder that I accidently closed.

Do a search for it. You can connect it to Outlook again by File-> Open->
Outlook Data File...

Click Start, Search, and type

*.pst

in the file name box. Make sure it searches the whole hard drive, and that
you select "search hidden files" under the advanced search options.

You should see it in a window. If you get multiples, look at the modified
date to figure out which is the one you're looking for. Then, as Roady says,
go back into Outlook and open the file, since you now know where to browse to
get to it.
