Please : English name for binding in External dll into Project

I have a German Version of Visial Studio, but I am Documenting in English.
What is the English name for binding in External dll into a Project (like
Microsoft.Data.Odbc.dll), the name shown in the Project after the Project
name?

In German it is called "Verweise", but I don't rember seeing the english
name.
