Please close caption videos used for demonstrations, tutorials

Deaf and hard of hearing users of any Microsoft internet tutorials, videos,
news videos, etc., need access to the information now only provided through
voiced text.
Please design any offers of videos to include the option, "Closed Captions
on/off"
You can offer captions in foreign language options along with this

This suggestion is posted to a newsgroup for help with Microsoft Access
database table design.

Not sure you will get many votes in here since your suggestion is way off
topic.
