Please anybody there can tell me

I created a tblepatient, tble group, tble lab and tblevisit. My question is
how I will present in a form where the user will entering the info for the
patient which occurs the lab and its results. Then the report show all the
lab test and results.
Tell me where I might find a "How To" that starts right from scratch and
gives good clear instructions for each step that will enlighten a total
Access Newbie like me? TIA
