Playlists within playlists?

I would like to organize playlists into a hierarchy similar to a file system
tree. Playlists can have sub-playlists. Child playlists can be expanded by
clicking the "+" symbol of the parent playlist.

I saw this displayed in my own WMP 10 library once, but it had been created
unintentionally somehow and subsequently deleted before I learned how it came
about.

Anybody know how to do this?

You can delete your current playlist and start all over again.
Click Library, then click (lefthand column) My Playlist and delete current
list. Then create a new one. WMP will create this tree by default.

I'm not trying to recover a lost playlist, I asking if there is a way to
organize playlists within other playlists, like an outline:

Top Playlist
|
+|----Subplaylist1
|
-|----Subplaylist2
|
|----Subplaylist3

etc.

To my knowledge, no. That would give the ability to add ordered albums
or multi-movement classical pieces, which has been a request of WMP for
some time.
