Playing Video's in PowerPoint

Whilst in PowerPoint, I create a Windows Media Player object using the More
Controls options within the Control toolbox.

After playing a video using the Windows Media Player object in full screen,
the
properties option for the video reverts back to false for full screen. Is
there a fix for this. I saw a post similar to this a while ago.

The Win Media player is version 9. Older versions used to have a lot of
control
functionality in the properties window. Is this limited by the version
change. Can you take control back?
