Playing SVCD using XP Pro

I have win xp pro. how do i play a svcd? is there an easy
software plug-in or download?
 
You need to purchase a Software DVD player. SVCD's are MPEG-2 files.

the most popular DVD decoders are PowerDVD and WinDVD.
