I want to run a PPT on my web so that EVERYONE can view it not just the one's
who own PT. Is there a way Microsoft has come up with that will allow the pt
to be view on a html format or as a video?

I believe there's a "save as" feature where you can save the PP slide show
as HTML.

I've also seen where the author will play the power point into a video
capture device then use that video as either an embedded player or run
through a flash player.

There is a Powerpoint Viewer available on Microsoft's site. (like you'd use
Adobe Reader, same idea).

Search microsoft.com, provide a link to the page that has the download.
