Playing online games

My son plays the game warcraft online with friends. We
recently had to have our computer reloaded due to damage
caused by spam. I have since downloaded and installed XP
service pack2 and now he can't play this game online with
his friends anymore. What could be causing this to
happen.

microsoft must have made a couple mistakes when they
threw together SP2. a lot of people are having this
problem with a lot of programs. maybe when Microsoft
comes out with SP3(i hope) this will be fixed. or
microsoft could just do a single, small update(like 200K)
that would be able to fix this. until then keep
searching, because i have the same problem.
